If you don't fall head over heels in love with your headband, contact us for a refund, exchange or replacement.

There are a few conditions:

  • You must contact us within 60 days of purchase.
  • Items must be clean, unworn and in their original packaging.
  • We don't accept refunds or exchanges on clearance items.
  • You'll need to cover the cost of shipping.

I have a big or small head. Will your headband fit me? 
Our headbands can hold hair in place on heads as small as 22cm and as big as 33cm. 

How do I care for my Dr. Woof headband?
Hand wash then air dry. Do not bleach or iron.
